To play this game you will need to buy a variety of baby food, you will then need to remove all labels and replace each label with white paper. Make sure that you marks the jars with numbers for your own reference.
The guests will then have a taste from each jar and then be asked what type of baby food it is. The winners of this baby shower game will be the one who has the most guesses.

The only way for this game to work is if all the guests know each other in some way.
As each person arrives at the baby shower you will ask them to write a rare known fact about themselves on a piece of paper. This could be their first job, first car or a hidden talent. They will then drop the piece of paper into a container along with other guests facts.
Each person will then pick one sheet of paper and try and guess who it is. That is only one way to play this game, another way is get the shower host to read each one and have the guests guess who it is.
These are just a few that can be played at a baby shower in order to create a friendly, positive and sociable atmosphere. It is always a great way to prevent boredom. Try even to invent your own unique baby shower game. Always make sure that it will suit most of your guests though.
